Ovarian Cancer: Who Are At High Risk Of Ovarian Cancer?

Ovarian Cancer

When the cell growth and division goes awry, cancer begins to emerge. In this case, there are new cells being formed, which are not needed by the body. Old cells, on the other hand, do not extinguish from the body as they normally do. And that extra cells formed can create a mass of tissue which can now be called a growth or tumor.

A malignant tumor in the ovary or ovarian cancer can grow and invade other organs next to the ovaries. These organs can be the fallopian tubes and uterus.
