How To Prevent Dry-Eye Syndrome?-- Eyesight Protection Tip #3

Eyesight Protection

Consumption of fish twice a week is said to reduce the risk of dry-eye syndrome (dry eyes), a condition in which tear production is decreased.

In that case, I don't have to worry about dry-eye syndrome because we eat fish almost every day. Fish is rich in omega-3 fatty acids that support normal development of eyes.

You can try fish-oil supplements if you dislike fish.
