A 6-ounce container contains 33 grams of carbohydrates, 7 grams of protein and 174 calories. You must be picky when considering this option as some yogurts do contain more carbs and calories.

8. Pear
A small pear has 22 grams of carbs, 1 gram of protein and 81 calories.
